This event honors the brave men who landed on the beaches under enemy fire eight decades ago. More than 100 veterans are also traveling to Washington to visit national memorials for conflicts they fought in.

Prepping with my fellow veterans in Congress to jump out of original C-47 transport planes over Normandy in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
