More than two years after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, arrests continue as individuals involved in the insurrection face charges. Michael Haltom and Thomas Haltom, identified as among the earliest entrants into the Capitol and part of the mob that chased Officer Goodman, were arrested by the FBI after they first made contact with them 2.5 years ago. In a separate case, a Norwalk man known as the 'Blue Plaid Sprayer' was arrested in Oregon and charged with assaulting law enforcement officers with chemical spray. Additionally, Jason Howland, founder of the 'American Patriot Council,' has been charged with obstruction for his role in breaching the Capitol.
