The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), once considered a pivotal event in the conservative political calendar, has experienced a significant decline in relevance and attendance in recent years. Observers have noted smaller crowds, fewer vendors, and less influence, marking a stark contrast to its status five years ago as a 'major snooze fest.' This year's event, despite being an election year, failed to attract significant attendance, with reports of empty seats and a lack of enthusiasm among participants. Both left and right commentators have criticized the event for its low turnout, describing it as an embarrassment and questioning its current worth. The event, now seen as 'a joke for years,' was particularly noted for being a 'MAGA Dominated Event' with minimal participation.

It’s really remarkable how much CPAC has declined in relevance in recent years. The crowds are smaller, the vendors are fewer and less influential. It’s a major snooze fest. A far cry from the can’t miss event it was 5 years ago.
People still go to CPAC?? LOL
