Biden DHS Head Mayorkas Denies Border Crisis Despite Record Illegal Immigration, Suspected Terrorists, and Millions of Migrants

Alejandro Mayorkas, the head of the Biden DHS, testified that there is no illegal immigration crisis at the US southern border, despite record numbers of encounters with illegal immigrants, including suspected terrorists. Mayorkas claimed under oath that the situation at the border is not a disaster. The Biden administration has also been criticized for failing to deport millions of migrants released by the DHS inside the country pending removal proceedings, and for pulling DHS investigators off drug trafficking and child exploitation cases to handle illegal aliens.
