Upper Merion Township Police and Pennsylvania State Police were involved in a search for an 11-month-old boy, Rakim Rowe, who was last seen this morning in King of Prussia, Montgomery County, and was reported missing. The child, considered at risk of harm or injury and last seen with his father, was found and safely returned to his mother. Authorities had urged the public to call 911 if seen.
