The Philadelphia Phillies have replaced their 'Dollar Dog Night' with a buy one, get one free hot dog promotion at Citizens Bank Park. Fans can still enjoy discounted hot dogs in the parking lot before games. The change was made due to food fights during the previous promotion. Additionally, Bryce Harper hit a home run during the game.
