Philadelphia police are actively searching for a suspect who was captured on surveillance footage assaulting a man with autism on a SEPTA train. The incident occurred on the northbound BSL subway and the suspect was last seen fleeing through Cecil B. Moore Station on March 14. SEPTA Transit Police have released the footage and are urging the public to call in tips at 215-580-8111 to assist in identifying the assailant.
