Philadelphia is opening a resource center to assist residents impacted by the May 5th fire at 4931 Spruce Street in West Philadelphia. The center, which opens on May 15th at noon, will provide various resources including assistance with document replacement, housing guidance, property tax rebates, and pet care. The center will be open until 8 p.m. today. A multi-agency resource center has also been launched to help affected residents rebuild their lives.
