The recent fluctuations in the cryptocurrency market have seen ETH prices rise significantly, reaching $4000 USD from $2300 in the past 5 weeks. NFTs, including popular projects like Art Blocks, Squiggles, BAYC, and MAYC, have experienced a decline in floor prices and volume. Many believe this may be the bottom for ETH NFTs, but a recovery could take time due to the historical volatility of ETH affecting NFTs. BAYC's floor price has dropped to 15 ETH, sparking discussions on whether this marks the bottom for the project. Overall, the market is seeking a significant catalyst for the revival of NFTs, emphasizing the cultural aspect of these digital assets.
I knew BAYC were destined to crash, seeing them here at 15 ETH validates my decision to fade them ever since 0.08 ETH
ETH NFTs biggest value proposition was ETH and USD price going and no one can deny that atleast when people jumped into it For things to come back up, we would need a big catalyst. NFTs are culture, needs a massive cultural catalyst
BAYC at 15 ETH FP Will this be the bottom? https://t.co/TuZ1OS9tIe
BAYC at 15 ETH floor price. Damn.
It's pretty unfortunate seeing how most ETH PFPs have fumbled during the last few years. Many think that an eventual bottom will be found but it might take a while. At the very least, ETH has to stop pumping. ETH volatility has historically never been good for NFTs.
this HAS to be the bottom for eth nfts https://t.co/VMXdrWKM8l
I’ve been calling the decline of Art Blocks, Squiggles, BAYC, MAYC and other fan boy faves since early 2022 when priced were 3-5x higher. I know it hurt alot of feelings. Nobody likes to hesr that their prized jpegs hit the bubble high and is down only. But now it’s self evident.
In the past 5 weeks ETH has gone from $2300 to $4000 USD NFTs have all taken a hit in terms of floor price and volume To be honest, I feel this isn’t the time really measure ANY teams success or failure based on floor prices Avg moving USD price should be considered, I know…
