The Philadelphia Eagles have announced a series of changes to their football operations, scouting, and sports medicine and performance departments. NFL sources confirmed that Dom DiSandro has been given the additional title of Senior Advisor to the General Manager/Chief Security Officer/Gameday Coaching Operations. The team has also moved on from Ted Rath, their vice president of player performance, who oversaw the sports science and strength and conditioning staffs. The Eagles saw a marked improvement in their overall health in 2022. Notable promotions include Bryce Johnston to Senior Vice President/Tertiary Football Executive, Jeff Scott, Charles Walls, and Alan Wolking to VP roles, and Phil Bhaya to Director of Player Personnel.
