Carolina Panthers running back Miles Sanders has been dealing with a groin injury. He was limited in practice on Thursday and did not practice on Wednesday. However, despite being listed as questionable, Sanders was active for Week 4's game against the Minnesota Vikings. According to a source, there were no issues expected with his injury. Sanders' status for the game was uncertain, but it seems he was able to play. The Panthers also had rookie quarterback Bryce Young cleared to play after missing last week with an ankle injury.
