The league concluded that the Bengals were compliant with the injury report policy when Burrow suffered a season-ending wrist injury during a game. The investigation found no violations by the team. The Bengals have maintained a healthy injury report, except for Burrow, and have had relatively good health late into the season.

The NFL has determined that the Bengals were in full compliance with league’s injury report policy when Joe Burrow suffered his season-ending wrist injury during a Thursday night game at Baltimore, as @jjones9 reported. After its investigation, the league said were no violations.
