Connor McGovern, Wes Schweitzer, and Al Woods have been placed on injured reserve. Tanzel Smart and Dennis Kelly have been signed to the active roster. Additionally, the Jets have signed Rodger Saffold to their practice squad with the intention of promoting him to the active roster. Saffold is a two-time Pro-Bowl guard who last played with the Buffalo Bills in 2022. Jets general manager Joe Douglas praised Saffold, saying he has the qualities the team is looking for in an offensive lineman. The Jets have also signed Chris Glaser to the active roster from the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad.
