Miami Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa fumbled a crucial snap during a game against the Kansas City Chiefs, leading to their loss. Fans and analysts pointed out issues with the snap and Tua's failure to catch it. The Dolphins have been experiencing exchange problems throughout the season. The inaccurate snap hindered Tua's ability to make a play, potentially impacting the game's outcome.
A perfect snap on the last play of the game could’ve allowed Tua to throw the ball and maybe even gotten a completion or a flag for pass interference or roughing the passer. The off snap negated any chance of anything
The Connor Williams snap could have been better and it wasn't bad. The target should be as close to Tua catching the ball in his normal throwing progression. It was very much to his right. Snaps can be very accurate, or throw tenths of a second off, or worse.
Upon further review, as many of you pointed out, the snap wasn’t too bad at all. Tua should have had it. A little off, but that’s on him. Still true, though, that the Dolphins have had exchange problems all season.
Tua was going to have Waddle wide open for a first down there. Brutal fumbled snap.
