During the game, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers made a controversial decision to go for a 2-point conversion instead of a PAT, sparking debate among analysts and fans. Critics argue that the decision was against proper game management and could have jeopardized their chance of reaching overtime. Despite the analytics supporting the move, many expressed disapproval, with some calling it a 'terrible decision' by Todd Bowles.
Going for 2 there was so stupid.
Terrible decision by Todd Bowles to go for 2. Terrible. Don’t tell me what the analytics say. He probably blew any shot he had to take the game into overtime.
So now you HAVE to go for two if you score again. You've made it harder on yourself to get to OT. Just ridiculous
Seems like every time a broadcaster explains to the audience that going for 2 actually makes sense and is very smart, the team going for 2 fails right after the broadcaster stops talking.
Sorry, but the Bucs going for two there is an affront to proper game management. The heck with the analytics.
You like going for 2 there? I didn't like it.
I know the book says go for 2 there but…I’m kicking the PAT.
I'm sure the numbers say go for 2 there, but I hate that call, regardless of the outcome.
