Chiefs offensive lineman Nick Allegretti played through Super Bowl LVIII with a torn UCL, an injury he sustained during the game. Despite the pain, which he rated as "about a five" on a scale, Allegretti continued playing after feeling his elbow pop late in the second quarter. He was confident that the UCL was already damaged to the point where continuing to use his arm wouldn't worsen the injury.
