Carolina Panthers Activate Marquis Haynes for TNF Against Chicago Bears

The Carolina Panthers have activated outside linebacker Marquis Haynes from the injured reserve (IR) for Thursday Night Football against the Chicago Bears. Additionally, they elevated outside linebacker Eku Leota and wide receiver Mike Strachan from the practice squad. The Bears have activated wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown and cornerback Josh Blackwell from IR and flexed Micah Baskerville and Stephen Carlson from the practice squad to the active roster. Khalil Herbert was not activated for the game.
