The Cleveland Browns have elevated wide receiver and punt returner James Proche II from the practice squad to the active roster for their game against the Arizona Cardinals. Proche was promoted after wide receiver David Bell was ruled out. Proche is expected to be the team's primary punt returner, taking the number 11 jersey previously worn by Donovan Peoples-Jones. In a separate move, the Kansas City Chiefs have elevated running back La’Mical Perine for their game against the Miami Dolphins, marking his first action of the season as a replacement for Clyde Edwards-Helaire.
