San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel has been dealing with injuries to his ribs and knee. On Thursday, he was seen practicing, but on Friday, he did not participate in practice. As a result, Samuel is now listed as questionable for Week 4. He sat out practice earlier in the week as well. However, despite these injuries, Samuel is expected to be active and play in Sunday's game.
