Little Island, a 2.4-acre public park in the Hudson River near West 14th Street, has revealed its fourth year of free and low-cost summer programming, featuring a new performing arts festival starting in June. Financed by Barry Diller, the park will host a season of music, dance, and theater, with contributions from Broadway producer Scott Rudin. Twyla Tharp dance will inaugurate a 700-seat amphitheater at Little Island in June.
