Very disturbing. Dailyclout is hosting an archive/library for old (meaning pre-Communist-purge) history, literary classics, civics, biographies and medical texts. Please save them and mail them to PO Box 24, Millerton NY 12546. https://t.co/avbi5n0Jgz

Extremely surprised and disappointed to see the @internetarchive asking for the removal of a public domain dataset made by an independent researcher on the basis of weird copyright concerns. https://t.co/VNdJkDtTap
It's sad to see books featuring characters of color and LGBTQ+ themes scrapped. These stories are crucial for fostering empathy. Schools must be spaces where diversity and inclusion are embraced, not rejected. I will be following the investigation. https://t.co/UWLzm4uiT8

Every person in our nation should have the freedom to learn and acknowledge our country’s full and true history. And yet, today, extremists pass book bans while they also try to erase, overlook, and rewrite the ugly parts of our past. We will not stand for it.
