Two teenagers, a 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy, were shot in Newark on Thursday afternoon around 2:55 p.m. The victims were listed in serious and stable conditions. The shooting occurred not long after school let out, near KIPP Rise Academy and West Side High School. Police are on the scene investigating the incident. Additionally, a teenager and an underage boy are facing charges in the killing of an acquaintance, with the gun reportedly fired more than a dozen times.
