Texas A&M star Braden Montgomery suffered a significant lower leg injury during a Super Regional game against Oregon in College Station. The injury occurred when Montgomery, an All-American and consensus top-10 pick in the 2024 MLB draft, slid home and was thrown out. He was seen with his leg in an air cast and had to be helped off the field. Later, he was spotted back in the dugout with his right foot propped up and still in the air cast.
