Michigan Safety Rod Moore suffered a torn ACL during practice, as reported by @mzenitz. At Boise State Pro Day, Billy Bowens achieved a 39.5-inch vertical leap, while Chip Mitchell cleared 37 inches. Johnny improved his vertical to 20 inches after being persuaded by Dirk Koetter. Unfortunately, Bowens suffered an injury after a successful performance, causing emotional distress among onlookers.
Tough moment here at Pro Day. Billy Bowens, who by all accounts was having a really, really impressive day, went down in the end zone after catching a long pass. He very emotional as he got carted off. Tough to watch. He was really killing it today. Praying itβs only minor.
He improved on his 18 inch vertical in the KTIK studio. https://t.co/7Q07U6su3S
