Terry Beasley, a legendary Auburn wide receiver and College Football Hall of Fame member, has passed away at the age of 73. Beasley, who was an all-time great at Auburn and in the SEC, still holds records for receiving yards and touchdown catches at Auburn. He was one of the first to form a modern-style passing combination in college football with Pat Sullivan. Beasley's jersey, number 88, is retired at Auburn, and he is remembered as an Auburn legend and an amazing player. The Auburn community and fans are mourning his loss, and thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

More than 50 years after his Auburn career ended, Terry Beasley is still the Tigers' career leader in receiving yards (2,507) and TD catches (29). His 1,051 yards in 1970 are 2nd-highest in program history. He ranks 1st & 2nd in season TD catches (12 in 1971, 11 in 1970).
An all-time great at Auburn & in the SEC whose pro career was cut short by injuries. Will of course forever be linked to Pat Sullivan, with whom he formed one of the first modern-style passing combinations in college football. https://t.co/Wb72PAAqsx
