Basically a wire-to-wire win for Duke, even on a night that wasn't the prettiest offensively. Take that any day. Another Mark Mitchell double-double, 10 steals, 16 fast-break points... Not a perfect performance by any means, but some positives to take away.
Notre Dame men’s hoops drops its seventh straight, falling 71-53 at Duke. Not exactly breaking news, but the Irish just don’t have enough offense. Same story for much of Year 1 under Micah Shrewsberry. Notre Dame now 7-16 overall, 2-10 in the ACC.
Duke beats Notre Dame 71-53. Not quite the fire-breathing performance you'd expect after Saturday, but a solid defensive game (albeit against an inept offense). Duke had 13 assists on 26 FGs, won on a night it was 4-18 on 3s. Everything about this was just ... OK.

Kyle Filipowski was soundly outplayed in a marquee post matchup in his last game. It took him until early in the second half against Notre Dame to hit a basket after a 2-foul first half, though he's finally showing some signs of more energy here. Duke up 44-33.

First timeout. Duke leads 9-5. Scheyer animated on sidelines, especially when it comes to his team's defense. Has already subbed in Young and Foster. He sent Young to the scorer's table at 17:58 after an Irish layup in half-court set.
Live from Cameron for Notre Dame-Duke. Starts in about 75 minutes. When these teams met last month, it was a grinding 67-59 win for Duke. Blue Devils might take a similar result tonight as long as they win 50-50 balls and show more effort than Saturday night.
McDaniel taking over down the stretch. Attacking the basket and drawing fouls to get to the FT line. Maryland up 66-59 with 38.8 seconds remaining.
