Dylan Windler, a guard/forward in the G League, has been signed to a two-way contract with the Los Angeles Lakers following a record-setting performance. Windler achieved a G League record by securing 33 rebounds in a game, along with scoring 23 points, providing 2 assists, and making 1 steal. His signing was facilitated by agents Mark Bartelstein and Andy Shiffman of Priority Sports, as reported by ESPN. To make room for Windler, the Lakers will waive Alex Fudge. Windler, who is 6-6 and has a career 37.8% three-point shooting average in the G League, is seen as a good fit for the Lakers despite his history of injuries and defensive challenges. He will wear jersey number 20 for the Lakers.

Not a blockbuster move, but the Lakers are bringing Dylan Windler on a two-way deal to Los Angeles and waiving Alex Fudge. @LakersSBN https://t.co/78dlPAXsLY
A 2-way isn't saving the Lakers' season but I like the Windler pick up quite a bit. Good shooter with deep range, canny cutter, plays 3/4, was good at Showcase. Constantly injured and struggles guarding in space, but Lakers are a great fit for him.
