Bobby Witt Jr. has made history as the first player in Kansas City Royals history to achieve 90 hits, 16 steals, and 36 extra-base hits before the All-Star Break, which is still more than a month away. In a recent game, Witt Jr. made a spectacular play by racing into shallow left-center field to make an over-the-shoulder catch of an Andy Pages popup. He then fired to second baseman Nick Loftin, who threw to first base to complete a double play, catching Teoscar Hernandez off guard. The Royals turned two on Witt Jr.'s birthday.
Just a ridiculous play that Bobby Witt Jr. gets started. 🤯https://t.co/D0jg0voMGI
