Diamondbacks Pitching Coach Brent Strom on what he learned from Sandy Koufax and how the former power pitcher tried to throw as hard as he could as easy as he could!🧀 “When he was best, it was effortless.” #the108way #Postseason #worldseries https://t.co/Di38S80W9T
Brent Strom deserves a lot of credit for the @Dbacks being in the World Series. @ItsPaulSewald said it best. They don’t win that series if it’s shorter. The longer series allowed them to make adjustments. You better believe Brent Strom had a big part in that. Legend.
After what he did with the Astros and what he’s doing with the Diamondbacks, Brent Strom has to be one of the greatest pitching coaches in history.
Also mentioned in my advance column of NLCS that Diamondbacks pitching coach Brent Strom is a master mechanic at his job and we are seeing that again tonight, a brilliant thinker too
