Senior MS-13 leader, Cesar Lopez-Larios, was arrested in Houston on terror charges for greenlighting murders nationwide. In a separate incident, Juan Miguel Regalado, a human smuggler and Tango Blast gang member, was arrested in Texas after a high-speed chase.
