The National Finals Rodeo (NFR) has secured a 12-year contract extension to remain in Las Vegas through 2035. As part of this agreement, the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and Las Vegas Events announced that rodeo contestants and stock contractors will receive $264 million over the duration of the contract. For the 2024 NFR, the prize money for contestants will be $12.5 million. This extension solidifies Las Vegas as the home of the world's richest rodeo for at least another decade.
