In Nevada's Clark County, concerns over election transparency have surfaced as multiple lawsuits have been filed alleging irregularities in voter rolls. The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has initiated legal action to address the presence of commercial addresses, such as casinos, bars, gas stations, and vacant lots, on voter registration lists. J Christian Adams from PILF highlighted that people are registered to vote from locations where it appears no one could reasonably live. The foundation is urging the court to compel election officials to clean up the voter lists to ensure accuracy and integrity in the electoral process. A second suit has been filed, and ballots have even been mailed to the Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport.
