Former Raiders coach Jon Gruden has lost his bid for state high court reconsideration in his lawsuit against the NFL and Roger Goodell over leaked emails. The Nevada Supreme Court denied Gruden a hearing in front of the full court, but he has until July 29 to file a petition for reconsideration. Gruden's lawsuit claims the NFL leaked emails to the media to force his resignation as Raiders head coach in 2021. A court panel also denied his bid to move the lawsuit out of arbitration and back into court.
