Evelyn, a third grader at Gene Ward Elementary in Las Vegas, won the Spring Billboard Artwork Contest, a collaborative effort between Connell Outdoor Advertising, Clark County Aviation, and Commissioner J. Gibson. Her artwork is now displayed outside Harry Reid International Airport, where it is visible to millions of visitors. The achievement was celebrated in a ceremony, highlighting the young artist's city-wide recognition.
