Holocaust survivor Shlomo Mansour, aged 85 or 86, has been held captive by Hamas for several months. His son joined the March of the Living in Poland, while another hostage, Alex Dancyg, a Holocaust historian, was also taken by Hamas. Calls for their release are being made on Holocaust Remembrance Day.
Shlomo Mansour 86, survived the Farhoud Pogrom as a young boy in Iraq. He has been held hostage in Gaza by Hamas for 213 days. #LetThemGoNow https://t.co/qzjV6YOrQB
Shlomo Mansour, 85, survived the Nazis. He must survive Hamas - the new Nazis - who kidnapped him and held him captive for seven months. #YomHaShoah https://t.co/wdgeE4hci0

Holocaust survivor Shlomo Mantzur is still in Hamas captivity on Holocaust Remembrance Day. 💔 Pray for him. Via @MichaelRapaport https://t.co/vgODr1Gt4F
This #YomHaShoah, I’m thinking of Alex Dancyg. Born in Warsaw, 1948, to Holocaust survivor parents. He’s a Holocaust historian, and on October 7, Hamas took him hostage from Nir Oz. Captivity survivors say he gave history lectures to fellow hostages. Hamas must let him go. 🎗️ https://t.co/LkrVoNZmy0
