The Procurator-General of the Republic (PGR) alleges that Zambelli orchestrated the attacks with the intent to undermine the credibility of the Judiciary and gain political advantages. The defense for Zambelli claims there is no solid evidence linking her to the crimes, relying solely on Delgatti's statements, whom they describe as a habitual offender. Delgatti's defense, however, admits his involvement but states it was motivated by a job promise from Zambelli.
