The worst affected regions include Rajasthan, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Punjab, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued data on maximum temperatures recorded and forecasts a slight relief in the coming days.
