A man in East Delhi was scammed by a woman he met on a dating app. The woman took him to the Black Mirror Cafe on Vikas Marg to celebrate her birthday, where he was presented with an exorbitant bill of ₹1.21 lakh. The victim, an IAS aspirant, was threatened and confined until he paid the bill of ₹1.21 lakh. The incident has been reported to the police.
