The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted raids at the residences of six Trinamool Congress (TMC) leaders, including two prominent leaders, in West Bengal in connection with the 2021 post-poll violence case. The raids took place in Kathi, Purba Medinipur district, and Sandeshkhali. The investigation is related to the killing of a BJP worker during the post-poll violence. A court had earlier issued non-bailable warrants against the TMC leaders involved.
