In a game against the Vegas Golden Knights, Calen Addison and Justin Bailey scored their first goals as Sharks, with Bailey's goal being set up by a great screen from Sturm. Despite the Sharks' early dominance, the Jets managed to equalize both the score and shots at 1-1 and 15-15 respectively by the end of the first period. Blackwood, the first goalie off the ice, put up a strong performance for the Sharks, but the team needs to return to their initial strategy to regain control.
