Fantastic work by Cam Atkinson up at the point to force a turnover, and then he sends Owen Tippett in on a breakaway, and he buries it. Flyers back up by two, 4-2.
Owen Tippett reinstates a two-goal lead for the Flyers.
And just like that, the Wild score again. Zamula-Walker pairing got scorched on that sequence. 15:30 left and it's suddenly 3-2 after the Flyers dominated the first 35ish minutes.
Wild all over the Flyers here in third period. They've scored two goals in the opening 4:30 minutes of the period and it's now 3-2 Flyers.

Travis Konecny with a rising shot that eludes Filip Gustavsson's glove. 1-0 Flyers with 6:03 to go in the first period
Flyers definitely look like they're surprising the Wild with their early game jump, which has been a recurring trend so far this year. Not a ton of high quality chances, but lots of o-zone time and buzzing. They're up 8-1 in shots at the first commerical.
#MNWild don't like the bad starts narrative, but this doesn't help. Outshot 7-1, can't get forecheck going.

Flyers stomach a tough loss. They were about 32 seconds away from getting at least a point in Vegas. They lose to defending champs, 3-2. Golden Knights are 7-0-0. Flyers drop to 3-2-1. No way Carter Hart could see that shot on Vegas' game-winning goal.
Flyers lose to the Golden Knights by a 3-2 final score. No shame losing to one of the league's best, and they certainly didn't embarrass themselves. But they still blew a 2-1 third period lead.
