Vesey, who replaced Cuylle on the second power play unit, scored off a rebound from Laf's shot in a 3-on-2 situation. The mid-air goal, which was reviewed by referees, put the Rangers in the lead 3-2 against the Detroit Wings with just 4:15 left.
