Calgary Flames' goalie Jacob Markstrom has been absent from the ice for three days due to an undisclosed issue. Dan Vladar started in his place against the Predators and will start again in Toronto, while Dustin Wolf is expected to start the following game in Ottawa. Markstrom's absence could result in a week between games for him to recover. The Flames are also maintaining the same skaters for their upcoming game in Montreal.
Lineups are in from Montreal as Calgary wraps up a three-game road trip. #Flames sticking with the same skaters as Saturday. Walker Duehr and Dennis Gilbert healthy scratched. Jacob Markstrom returns in net. Sam Montembeault goes for the Canadiens.

As far as we know, it's now been three straight days since #Flames G Jacob Markstrom was on the ice. If Dan Vladar starts tonight in Toronto and Dustin Wolf gets the nod tomorrow in Ottawa, Markstrom could have a full week between games to heal whatever is bugging him.
