Miami is offering free sandbags to residents in anticipation of more rain. Drive-through distribution sites at 2111 Collins Avenue and 225 79 Street are open on June 13 and 14 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. with a limit of 4 bags per household. Other South Florida cities are also providing sandbags to help residents combat rising floodwaters.
