Miami Marlins pitcher Edward Cabrera, recovering from a shoulder impingement, is progressing well and is expected to return to game action in April. Teammates Eury Perez and Braxton Garrett are also on track for April appearances, with Perez showing no discomfort in his elbow and Garrett feeling good after a light throwing program. Cabrera is set to make a rehab start for the Triple-A club with a plan for 3 innings and 50 pitches.
