Kareem Jobbar Lightbourne, a fugitive wanted by BSO for a December 2002 murder in Lauderhill, FL, was taken into custody by an FBI Miami Special Agent at Miami International Airport. Lightbourne, accused of killing a man at his ex-girlfriend's home in Broward, had fled to the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean on the day of the murder. He was later detained in the Dominican Republic before being brought back to the United States. This arrest comes after more than two decades of evasion.
