Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. unveiled its latest flagship smartphone series, the Galaxy S25, at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event in San José, California. The series includes the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25, all powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset. The new models emphasize enhanced artificial intelligence (AI) features, aiming to provide a more natural and context-aware mobile experience. Samsung's collaboration with Google integrates the Gemini AI model, enhancing functionalities like Circle to Search and introducing new AI agents with multimodal capabilities. The Galaxy S25 series also boasts improved camera systems, with the S25 Ultra featuring a new 50MP ultrawide camera sensor. The devices are designed to offer personalized AI experiences while ensuring user privacy through on-device data processing and Knox Vault security. The Galaxy S25 series will receive 7 years of OS and security updates and is available for pre-order starting January 23. The Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available in Titanium Silverblue, among other colors.
