Russia Considers Lifting Gasoline AI 92 and AI 95 Export Ban; Oil Exports Revised Down to 2 Million Barrels Per Day; Diesel and Gasoline Export Ban to be Fully Lifted Next Week

Russia is considering lifting the export ban on gasoline AI 92 and AI 95, according to the Russian Energy Minister. Additionally, Russia's oil exports via western ports are revised down to 2 million barrels per day in November as refineries plan to increase runs. The ban on Russian diesel and gasoline exports is expected to be fully lifted next week, as per three fuel producer sources. The government has instructed Russian fuel producers to prepare for the scrapping of all remaining export restrictions on diesel and gasoline.
