Mark Black, a former high-ranking attorney with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), has pleaded guilty to charges of child sex exploitation. The Department of Justice confirmed the guilty plea of the senior FDIC attorney. It was also reported that the FDIC kept Black on paid administrative leave for 10 weeks after his indictment on federal charges related to the production, possession, and distribution of child pornography.
