China's Caixin Manufacturing PMI for October came in at 49.5, down from the previous month's 50.6, indicating a slowdown in the country's economic activity. The forecast was for a reading of 50.8. Meanwhile, India's Manufacturing PMI for October was 55.5, lower than the previous month's 57.5. Norway's Manufacturing PMI also declined to 47.9 from 52.5, while the UK's Manufacturing PMI came in at 44.8, below the forecast of 45.2. France, Germany, Spain, and the Eurozone all reported lower Manufacturing PMI figures for October compared to the previous month.
